For all UK orders we offer Free Standard delivery which on average takes 3 – 5 working days.

RETURNS
If an item is damaged on delivery, we must be notified within 3 days off the delivery date, we will then arrange for a replacement or a refund of the item (it needs to be within this time period for us to make claims with our couriers)

The item(s) must be in their original unused and unopened packaging and be in a resalable condition for a full refund.     Lovely quality cat bed with deep sides which the cats love. Looks really nice and has a lovely soft feel to it. Price was really good and I shall be ordering some more in larger sizes for the dogs. Beds arrived quickly and were very well packed.

    I put the bed down on the floor and threw in a small treat. The dog Chieftain went after the treat, fell down on the bed and fell asleep without moving and slept with his back legs still on the floor outside the bed. It must be comfy!
